Monarch Casino Resort Spa - Black Hawk

The staff at Monarch Casino Resort Spa provided really good service throughout my stay. From the valet to the front desk, every interaction was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, and I particularly enjoyed the variety of dining options, especially the crab buffet which was excellent.

Noise levels in common areas could be improved.

The Beautiful Double Room was impressively clean and spacious. The bed felt super comfy, easy to unwind after a busy day. I also loved how modern everything looked. Only downside was some noise from the hallway, but it wasn't too bad. Really enjoyed my stay!

We had so much fun at the upgraded high-limit area, which gave my wife an exciting premium experience while enjoying the games. The hotel's fine spa also helped alleviate our stress from the trip, we left feeling rejuvenated.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Guests who want to explore the area will find plenty of things to do nearby. the room and bathroom were impeccably clean and well-maintained. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. the hotel provided great facilities and room advantages with friendly staff. the view from the window was breathtaking.
